We current offer delivery services to the UK mainland only. Please be aware that the UK is still suffering from delivery delay issues relating to the coronavirus pandemic and the delivery terms stated below cannot be guaranteed. If you have anu issues with your delivery, please get in touch by email here. We do our very best to ship all purchases the next working day.

Orders over £50 – Free shipping

UK mainland postage is a flat fee of £2.95

Scottish Highlands £4.50

We are currently unable to post to addresses outside of the UK, to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands or to P.O. Box addresses. If you package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of package here.


Our checkout process is run by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to complete the checkout process.If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please call us on 07921 834792.


Please do not return any items to us unless we have agreed for you to do so. Please ensure all items returned are sent back to us in the original packaging with all parts and fixtures included. Please ensure they are adequately protected to prevent damage. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us without prior arrangement or without adequate protective packaging. Earrings are exempt from returns. We are unable to refund any shipping charges except in the case of faulty goods. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
